Understand the three arrangements you might be comparing

None of these is automatically the right choice. The important point is to know which one you are buying. A headline aimed at Delhi travellers does not by itself establish that flights or trains are included.
Match your arrival to the group plan
Confirm the exact airport, station or meeting point named in the transfer arrangement. Ask whether pickup is private or at a fixed group time and whether your arrival fits it. Do the same for the return transfer.
If you arrange tickets independently, allow for the connection to the meeting point and check what happens after a delay. Confirm the group departure status before purchasing a separate non-refundable journey. Ask who handles the arrival coordination and save the contact details before travelling.
Choose the stay location before filling the itinerary
Ask for the proposed stay area and the places the group plans to visit. A photograph of a beach cannot tell you how far the accommodation is from that beach or whether local transport is included.
Decide whether you want a busy activity schedule or time in one area. Compare the time spent travelling locally with the time available to enjoy each stop. If you have one must-do experience, ask how it fits the actual route rather than assuming that every Goa package covers it.
Use seasonal context without treating it as a forecast
The Goa Department of Tourism describes June to September as the monsoon period and publishes monthly rainfall averages. That is broad climate context, not a prediction for an individual trip. Rain and activity conditions should be checked closer to departure.
For a beach-focused or activity-focused visit, ask which experiences are scheduled, which depend on conditions and what alternative is offered if an activity cannot operate. Follow current local instructions. A promotional picture does not establish that sea activities will be available on your dates.
If you are considering a holiday or year-end departure, request a fresh quote for those exact dates. Do not reuse an off-season price or assume that an event mentioned in an old article is running this year.
Budget beyond the headline price
Add your Delhi-to-Goa journey if excluded, travel to and from airports or stations, any transfer outside the group schedule, meals not included and the optional activities you actually want. Confirm baggage arrangements with the ticket provider where relevant.
For accommodation, ask for the total on your chosen room basis. Find out whether a quoted starting price assumes a different occupancy. Keep personal spending and a contingency buffer separate from the confirmed package total.
Clarify what group travel means for this departure
Ask whether you are joining one coordinated group, booking a package with shared activities, or arranging a private trip for your own party. Check group-confirmation conditions, the coordinating contact and the operating company.
If you are joining alone, establish the room-pairing policy and any private-room option. If you are travelling as a couple, confirm the bed arrangement and whether the quoted total covers both people. Ask how free time and optional activities work so expectations are clear.
Send a complete request
Tell RARA your travel dates, number of travellers, Delhi NCR starting point, room preference and whether you want Delhi travel included. If you are flexible, say which dates or arrangements can change.
